Website terms of use
These terms apply to restlessfitness.com and its pages (the "site"), run by Restless Culture LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Restless Fitness ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Buying a membership happens in the Restless X app and is covered by The Art of Fluidity Terms of Service, Liability Waiver and Refund and Cancellation Policy, which you'll see and agree to before you pay.
1. Information only, not medical advice
Everything on the site, including videos, posts and messages from us, is general fitness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to a doctor before starting any training program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. If you try anything shown on the site, you do so at your own risk.
2. Results and testimonials
Results vary from person to person and depend on effort, consistency, health, starting point and many other things. Videos, before-and-after content and member stories show individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed results. Members who share their story are not paid for it unless we say so.
3. Our content
The site and everything on it (videos, text, images, logos and design) belong to us or our licensors. You may view it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, download, republish, sell or use it to train another product or model without our written permission.
4. Joining the waitlist or messaging us
If you join the waitlist, you agree to get emails from us about The Art of Fluidity, including enrollment news, training tips and offers. Joining doesn't reserve a founding spot; a spot is only yours once you purchase. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, or reply "stop" in Instagram messages. How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5. Invite links
If you share an invite link from the site, don't spam, use fake accounts, or post it where that isn't allowed. Rewards for invites are covered by the app's terms.
6. Links
The site links to other sites and services (such as Instagram and Stripe). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranties
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
8. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.
9. Disputes and governing law
New York law governs these terms. Any dispute about the site will be resolved under the dispute resolution and arbitration section of The Art of Fluidity Terms of Service (individual arbitration, no class actions, small claims allowed), which is available at app.restlessfitness.com/legal/terms. If that doesn't apply, disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date.
